In this project, I decided to create an application that used VR and 360 videos together. Created in Unreal Engine 4 for a university project in 2015, I was able to not only sync VR and 360 videos together, but also create interactivity within the 360 video.
The application allowed the user to tour around the capital of New Zealand, Wellington. The user could choose from a list of places to visit and then be able to explore that space by moving forward or backwards. The video showcases the mechanics described here.
